I've searched high and low and read the user manual to the Platinum edition of NWN, but I still can't find a definitive checklist on how to host a multiplayer game.

I'm confused by the paladin spell table in the 3.5 ruleset. I understand that beginning at 4th level, a paladin can cast spells and gain bonus spells based on his Wisdom modifier. So what does a zero in the spell table mean? For instance, under paladin 4th level row, there's a zero in the 1st level ...

Well, I don't mind that aasimars take longer to level up - it makes sense given their initial powers at level 1(?)

I guess I'm confused because the normal level progression is

Level 1 - 0 XP
Level 2 - 1000 XP
Level 3 - 3000
Level 4 - 6000
...etc.

How would this table look for an aasimar?

I'm a bit confused by the instruction manual. I'm contemplating using an aasimar paladin in my party. How does the experience point progression work in leveling up. The manual says aasimars are considered one level higher when the experience for advancing levels is determined.

I tried stealing from Bandoth using my thief, but nothing happens. I'm in the store area and click on the hand icon to perform stealing. But I steal nothing. Is this a bug?

Hi,

I know there's a ledge there to get to that tower, but it seems to drop away into nothingness. Is there another way to access that tower in the upperright hand corner?

I'm forgetting my D&D rules.

When I see a magic weapon with damage listed as, for example 2D4 +3, what does the "+3" mean? Does that mean I can do 3 points additional damage per level of my character? Or, is that a flat 3 extra points of damage per hit?

I just take whatever the good Lord, Lady, or Lords/Ladies has deposited in the treasure chest. :D
