Brief glance at GB Discussion and a thread ('The Forum seems to be having LOTs of problems lately.')mentions some kind of server hacking incident last month?

As someone at RPGWatch (scroll to post #4) spotted this is a case of that 'recommendation marketing' for the browser game the OP mentions in the 1st post :p

In a similar vein, more of a BG tribute, there was a great piece of fan made music called 'Child of the Murder God' (based on the Bhaal theme) recorded from a grand piano which I also recommend.

NearInfinity or InfinityExplorer (memory is vague, might be wrong) are good tools for exploring all (or most of) the resources in your Infinity engine games.
