thank you but there is no hope

umm i cannot get another copy of the game :(
there appears to be a "spot" on the cds data containing metal layer....
there is no damage to the plastic that protects it and there is no damage to the
cd label/cover side either.....i dont know if this is what is ...

its doing the same for me

i am having the exact same problem can anyone help me?
