Let's see... most of my late game experience came from quest rewards. I think I leveled up twice in the severed hand from doing all the little quests there.

I didn't fight the 4 golems at the tomb because my char wouldn't have looted the tomb and I wouldn't have recieved any XP for killing them ...

I didn't finish BS (Battlesquares, right?) I actually forgot to go back and do that. I didn't cheat at all, though. It took a lot of trips to healers/ carrying potions since I really couldn't heal myself much, but I didn't use any mods or level squat.

Actually, I just got through soloing a monk. It was quite tough but I managed.
