I don't know about anyone else, but as much as I enjoy bg's party system, I found myself pausing frequently to have my spellcasters cast at a reasonable time, or to stop a party member from walking out of formation, or some other reason to do the thinking for 6 people at once witha good strategum ...

I was finally able to complete the quest without killing Minsc. I kicked him out of my party, did the quest and invited him back in (but I didn't recieve any xp for some reason). Since he would not join my party without Dynaheir I ended up kicking him out anyway because of my liking of the others in ...

thanks for your replies. I think I'll try kicking him out of my party and having him join again or try a cluconsole thing. If all else fails I'll try the resurrect thing.
