I originally had a female elf ranger then changed her to Human ranger in a archer kit so she could duel to cleric. With those adjustments she still cant duel. Have i done something wrong ,is it possible to duel this character please..

I have a problem with my monk accepting 16th level, the game freezes and doesnt respond. I have placed a XP capper file in the override file but still I cannot accept 16th level for my monk.
