my char's luck is 7(thanks to this hubologist priest in ncr) and i take scout and survivor(if i don't remeber wrong i take a perk called cautionus nature)

but lonerider this not be to me
my char level is 49 and i take your said perks but i can only find this stupd bridge (i hate bridgekeeper but he has got a very useful robe)

you must bring him ghost farm his master waiting here
