OK I got the damn book (thx for advice) but the quest still isn't working for me - there is no dialogue option about hortators when I speak to Curio (same when I speak with other councilors).

Yea I know, but considering you dont use a walkthrough and just try to find something, while only information you have is like ...

Hmmm... Why then I cannot begin the quest? In my journal it says I should go and speak with Curio, but I cannot ask him about being a hortator :confused:

Just checed journal - I have just 2 entries under this quest:
1. I got a Yellow Book from Nielno (that I somehow lost)
2. I should speak ...

For me all quests when I have to search for a damn cave/mine/tomb etc. for 2h are though [size=0](and stupid)[/size]

When I go to Curio the only thing I can ask him about is Hlaalu Councilors (he says I should consult the Yellow Book). When I go to Balmora and speak with the guy who should give me the book, he say I should consult the book (as if he has given it to me). I havent played Mrwnd for a few months so I ...
