I've looked everywhere, and I can't find it. It's not marked on the map and I've gone to every camp on the map (even the unmarked ones) I just want to find it for the Master Trainer there.

Also, does anyone know who sells potions/spells that drain attributes? such as Speed, Strength, Willpower, etc ...

Is there any way to get x5 on your luck when you level up? I have everything else at 99 - 100 but my Luck is a miserable 47. I know it's too late on this game to get my luck up to 100 but for future reference it would be nice to know.

I got Keening but everytime I equip it, it deals constant damage to me, could there be any reason for this or is it just a glitch?

Well I know I can rest in beds while levitating but I don't think I've tried it with this glitch so I guess it's worth a shot to see if it stops. Still kinda a pain but it would be better than reloading if it works.
