if you enbable the CLUA debug cheats you can scroll through every model in the game by selecting the desired character and pressing ctr-somthing I think 6 or maybe 8

I may be wrong but i believe monks fists dont go above +3 and the resistence at lvl 40 is 82% hope this helps but im not sure about the fist part

As weasel mentioned time does indeed freeze when you go to spell hold also i thought it might be helpfull for you to know that when you do lose the strong hold you can buy it back from Renal Bloodscalp for 4000 gold peanuts to a mighty adventurer
