I have a 17" monitor and cannot edit the Archery or Thrown Weapons attributes because they are off the right side of my screen ...

I solved my own problem

I solved the gas mask at 98% dammaged but I wouldn't recommend it. I just had to repair it a little bit at a time and rest at the campfire in-between repairs. Thanks for all your help...I can at least attempt the hex editor now.

It's a program that will allow you to alter your character's stats and sometimes other attributes....it's cheating, but sometimes it's very helpful.
