What IS with the ebony dart?

What's up with that journal entry? I've gotten that before but don't know why. Does the discovery of the ebony dart trigger a quest or something?

I agree with Raven.

Plus why would Bethesda include the construction set if they didn't want the gamer to build upon the foundation they have set.

It only makes sense to use the tools they gave you to make the game each players own individual fantasy world.

I like to use well rounded characters, so I use the Melnibone race. They're sort of a cross between a Redguard and A Nord.

Check walkthrough for list of master trainers. I think the master trainer for light armor is a chick downstairs at the Andus Tradehouse in Mar Gan.

Should I just take out the merchants for the other strongholds since they won't talk to me after I take out their master. What use are they if you take over the manors? If there is a way to remedy this I would surely like to know

I just bought ES III and yes it does include the TES

Can anyone tell me why Ricklings carry silverware or pottery around with them. I tried a search but couldn't find the Info
