That are seven lightsaber forms, and you can only learn six, and i wanna know when do you get ferocity and when moderation (niman)

There are seven forms but you can only learn 6? Does it depend on the master which form you learn? Or on your class, sentinel/guardian, because i got ferocity from kavar but i missed niman.
