What timezones are everyone in? Is there anyone who can play late night on Eastern Standard Time?

I was thinking of using a chat room only because I don't know of any other way to play online. I'd DM if no one else would, but I only have a bit of DM experience. I'm on Eastern Time (north america) and can play any night late.

3rd Edition Online Game

Hey, does anyone in the guild want to start an online d&d game going? It would be a great way to get to know the rules and get to know each other. I'd be willing to DM if there are no other volunteers for it. Anyways, post the times you can play and what you'd want to be if you're interested :D .

I have AIM, though I don't know how to use dice rolling for it. I think 4 characters would be the best. If you're interested in playing just post the times you can play and whatever character you want to play.

I have a copy of the DMG now and would be willing to DM an online game if there are enough players to play. It would be in the Forgotten Realms setting but I don't know what sort of chat room we'd use. Anyways, if anyone wants to play let me know.

The Drizzt books are very exciting and are very good reads (only drawback being the cheasiness of the plots in certain books). The Lord of the Rings books are unquestionable 'better' though. I say this because of the sheer amount of depth involved in the stories. There is greater character ...

Tennis Computer Games

I have a creepy obsession with tennis video games (tennis is HUGE here in Canada :D ) and was hoping someone knew of a good tennis game. I've played so many bad ones it's not even funny. ;)
Has anyone heard anything about that new Tennis Masters Series game coming out?

To all non-tennis people I ...

Hey guys, I just went on www.ebgames.com and noticed that you can pre-order Neverwinter Nights. The shipping date for it is January 5th. Woohoo! If this is already common knowledge just ignore this completely :D . Oh, I so can't wait for that game to come out ...

Do we have a volunteer for DM? If worst comes to worst and no one else will do it I'll give it a shot, but I wouldn't be the best choice (I don't have all the books and I've never really DM'd before). The AIM chat room sounds good, the dice rolling thing would be cool.

The good thing about our guild is that we don't have a specific agenda so that having a large guild won't become a problem in terms of game balance. We don't have a specific alignment and we're not looking to fight wars with other guilds. Having a large guild like ours should be good for Argyle ...

This sounds promising. So how many people are in? And what's our best option for a place to play? Just a regular chat room? It would be really cool if we could get a game going. Should we post characters or something?

Well, the idea is that my character is eventually going to come to terms with his magic and try to use it for good. I'm just planning ahead and wondering what spells would best suit a barbarian. I was thinking maybe Jump and Spider Walk for level 1. Any thoughts?

Well, here's my opinion on a good tank-heavy party of all premade characters. Go with 2 half-orc fighter/clerics, 2 half-orc barbarians, a blade (for magic and fighting) and a fighter/thief. Everyone is a tank and you have enough magic and thief skills to get through the game. Plus, can you really ...

I always liked Tanis, Tas and Ariakan from DL. Wulfgar was the coolest in the Drizzt series. It's too bad about what they're doing to him now, sad to see a cool character get reduced to a drunken brawler. And what's with Drizzt NEVER losing a fight? He's taken on Greater Demons, a couple Drow High ...

If anyone would DM a game count me in! :D I have limited access to the Player's Handbook and the DMG. We should start a list of people who would like to play. I guess the first thing is to find a DM. Any takers??
