Recruiting
I have a problem with the amount of greycloaks. They get less and less, I have 10 now and -52 in volonteers. Can't seem to get more, I use Katriona and the light-guy for recruiting and the number stays. Morale at average. All upgrades, best training. Why so few soldiers is a mystery ...
