Stolen Horse

Was this by chance the Prior's horse? If so this happened to me and I wondered if there was a time limit to the 'loan' after which the horse was regarded as stolen..

Nornal: Feeling stupid, but I can't find the key to the gate which is under water, can't cast my "unlock spell" can't go any where else. Can any one tell me where the key is? Thanks
