Red Attribute Points

What does it mean when my attribute points turn red?

Your attributes have been damaged - wraith, will of the whisp etc. Go and pray at one of the temples of the nine and they should be restored.

Or use a potion, or try a spell.

And most important of all, use the database here to look up questions like these, first, since this one has been answered in considerable detail. And since the site owner doesn't like duplicative threads (he says they slow the forums down), this thread is closed.
