i think for you lvl 30 will be right for you. if you fight correctly you should be able to hang for the most part. just save often, have some way of healing, and don't make trouble with the guards....especially the shinny one in godsreach.

alchemy is most important for a low level character. the quickest way to level is to train.....you need money to train.....some potions are worth more than there ingredients...buy, make, sell, train. rinse and repeat.
