with transendent sigil stones you can get the +50 magicka boost. i got most of my armor enchanted with these stones and i got 600 magicka with a level 31 dark elf battlemage with apprentice birthsign

i gave the sword to the countess and got the shield and then later on went back and stole the sword from her and now i got both

i found all the fish at or neat the top of the water. they have a high weakness to shock. so i used the rockshatterer mace(very powerful shock attack) that i got from a quest and went swimming and smashing heads and it was easy.

i can't find this shum gro-yarug to buy the house in skingrad. the arrow has him near the castle buy i can't find him. i go buy all the places that he goes but can't find him. if he is dead is there anyway to get the key from his dead body or is the all the quest that go with him/her are dead too ...
