Can anyone tell me exactly where in Tradesmeet I can find this item. I have looked through the inventories of a number of merchants (ie the smithy etc) but can't find it.
Please advise exact location.

I have done the Druid Grove quest + the Tiris one. I have not done the fighting Noble's one though. Is this required before I can buy the itmes?
