I don't know the coding, I just play the game, but I'd think that those numbers affiliate to certain dialog responses from Maximillian Strauss or Isaac.

When my Tremere went up against Jezebel, she was troublesome to me, as well. Don't bother using blood strike or blood salvo; she's too fast. Purge is useless. Blood shield will come in handy, though.
