here's how i'm used to farming gear: activate the fountain at olympia and kill typhon, then teleport to valley of the kings and kill the #2 telkine there. then exit game and go again.

herakles' might drops in greece. you might want to farm minotaur/telkine for em.

total speed means all speeds: attack speed, movement speed, casting speed.

yep, 171% is the max attack speed with dual wield

actually there's a good farming place in each act imo.
greece: take the last rebirth fountain in the labyrinth and run through to minotaur+telkine
egypt: from the waypoint at valley of the kings, run straight to tomb of ramses, run straight to telkine and kill it
orient/olympia: take the last ...

i play a warfare/nature guy.. in wf i got all the dual wield techs maxed out, onslaught tree maxed out. in nature i got heal, heal recharge, hoto maxed out and currently i'm pumping up strength of the pack. i dish out quite decent damage (around 2500 dps with self buffs), got unlimited healing ...

those skills are active when you have at least 1 charge of onslaught on.
