Well, as far as I'm concerned, a "diablo 3" is already being made by flagship studios, only that it's named Hellgate: London.

And also as far as I'm concerned; it's going to live up to the legacy of extremely fun and addictive monster-bashing of diablo, and make it even better.
Well actually ...

Wait wait wait, since when in Diablo 1 can you leave the starting town? There is only 1 town, and you just go into a dungeon within that town.

Diablo 2, yeah, you go to 4 or 5 towns (based on if you have the expansion), but Diablo 1 there is only 1 town in the entire game I thought.

-can you get town portals?
Yes, you can get town portals from the witch, Adria. When you get far enough in the game, you can cast a Town portal as a spell, saving your money.

-do you ever get skill points like diablo 2?
No, you dont get skill points, but you do find books around the levels that you ...

Hmmmmm.... I would say around LV 26 with a mother load of healing potions and a few town portals.

It should be easier with a warrior since they have much higher attack than the rogue (Since I killed Diablo no problem at LV26 with such low attack.)


But thats just for normal mode.
As for Nightmare ...

Well... Lemme think....
I know it's within the first two levels of the Caves, where you're bound to find mostly horned demons and goat archers. It should be in a area slightly surrounded by lava.

This is all I can remeber, but I hope this can help you out.
