Two things I need to know. I have heard the yes it can and no you can't of each situation and I want to know who was right. First off. Playing xbox controllers on 360. I heard both it can be done and can't. True or false? Next Xbox live. Free or not free? I have heard the no and yes as well. Help?

She isn't an important quest that evolves into more quests for like a guild or something though.

well assuming your enchant level isnt very high you should go to a mage in one of the mages guilds, some of them can enchant items, correct me if im wrong, but i think you need a fortify strength spell before you can enchant an item with strength...im not sure if you need a soul gem if someone else ...
