This may have been posted already, or mentioned in game patch notes. If so I apologise for not seeing it.

I have been trying with my druid (and indeed any spell casting class) to take the Augment Summoning feat. It only has one gateway feat being Spell Focus (Conjuration).

Perhaps your character or save file has corrupted somewhere along the way after you have been encumbered. As no one else is having this problem, might I suggest creating another character and playing around with the run/walk whilst encumbered (and unencumbered). If it happens again on that then it ...

The character I aim to play, and have had a thing for, for quite some time, will be Susie, a Svirfneblin Barbarian/Frenzied Berserker.
