Steve2d's, help. Cant get it to work...

I am trying to get the Devil Key that I missed. I downloaded your program, but when I attempted to open, I was told that DL is not downloaded onto my PC. Do you know why it wont read my game?

Please help.
I have just realized that I do not have the Demon Key from the Naga Temple. The Thief was killed. What can I do now, or is all lost. I cannot get through the ToS without it. Also, I do not have the Soul Crystal, and Staroxia will not let me have the quest.

I have been 2 days on the entity and cannot kill it! When I do hit it, it seems to re-charge from the last hit. I cannot get on the table long enough to do damage to it. What can I do????

Well that sucks... I didn't save prior to that cause I had played to that point. Thank you fo the help though.

If you can get back to the upper level of ulm near the water, you will find the 4 levers. You have to swim over the gates. I wish I could be of more help, but I just got through them and couldn't find them again very easily. I am stuck in the lower level in a room (locked) or I would try ...

Does anyone know how to get out of the treasure room near #11 on the map ? I have beaten all of the wraiths and skeletons, but the door does not open. I have gone all over the room looking for hidder buttons but am out of luck and patience.
