i agree that this is not a great way to build a BBEG or anything, but if your PC's need a few peasents to beat up in a bar this is a good tool

i love the idea of summoning slivers...i myself love slivers and would enjoy summoning a huge sworm of monsters to kill my oponints.
What you could do is create 5 different silvers, ie one for each magic class and just use them as a conjiourer. Each sliver give buffs to all others in play and ...

I just meant that feat would be more suitable for something that cared their opponents had no dex...and sneak attack is up that alley. And hell ya a rouge could use the jump part of the feat...they win initiative and want to get their opponent while flat footed...why not add a bit more damage to ...

There is also a tactical feat in CW called Raptor School that lets you use a cloak to make a feint attack. It also gives you two other abilites which are prity sweet, but I dont know if this is exactly what you need. This build would be a lot better for a rouge. Just thought i would give you the ...
