But that doesn't answer the question! Where do you find the key? I even tried casting "Knock" on the basement door, but that doesn't work.

Having just completed a quest in Blacklake, I am trying to get back to Merchant's Quarter to fulfil a quest there. Every time I try to transition, however, it stops on the 'Unpacking Module' screen, and doesn't do anything. I have to shut the game down and restart to try again. I can go from ...
