I had a similar problem with Linu, at the end of Chapter 3, right after I killed Klauth and she was Near Death, at which point I saved immediately. Oddly enough, after that she wouldn't heal with neither rest, nor healing in the Temple of Tyr. And even if she did (many reloads ...
