i've never had it under construction but try temple maintenance. i did not do inner sanctum mode till it calledfor it.

Does anyone know what makes the axe better? When i played the first time i got my strongest to make a BA+1 . my guy's stronger now and only makes a masterwork axe.

head to the Battle square and set the unit to inner sanctum then stomp her.
