casavir bug - need a savgame
I can't get past the Casavir bug after the bonegnasher clan cave. Casavir doesn't show up and the exit-point doesn't work. I have had this problem a long time and tried almost everything I think... I've tried taking the emissary with me, I have tried keeping my main character marked during both ...

It seems, (if this thread is still right and the "rapid reload"-feat still doesn't work like the manual says i should in the game: )
Neverwinter Nights: Does rapid reload work only for crossbows?
that the crossbow is basically useless compared to the bow, because of low fire-rates compared to bow ...

bow/crossbow differences?What's best?
Hi,
I'm playing a rogue/bard-character (with a few fighter-levels) and I'm not sure if I'm gonna stick with the crossbow, which I am capable of using, or if I'm gonna spend points on becoming skilled with the bow...
Is the bow better? What is better with the bow? Does the crossbow have any ...

Is animal empathy any use at high levels?
Are there powerful animal enemies throughout the game beyond the first levels or is that skill just a waste of skillpoints?

Yes, you could go with a DEX-style fighter, but I'm not sure that max DEX, leather wearing fighters do all that well as a frontline primary tank, but I could be wrong. I suppose you could go with a 20 DEX build, but at that point, you might have a character better suited to be an archer who only ...

That said, an interesting build that I've used once or twice is a ftr X/rogue 2. I start the character as a rogue and max out the talking skills. I also have the character have a DEX 14, so that he'll have a decent enough DEX to take advantage of rogue evasion at 2 levels of rogue. I switch over ...

I quit the ranger/bard idea and went for inteligence. I actually adjusted the rangers abilities with the program dalekeeper2. (I`m new to the 3rd edition rules so I think that justifies it :) . I also increased the skill levels to the point I would be if I`d increased intelligence at the beginning ...

maximized attacks:4 ranks in Concentration?
The feat "maximized attacks" requires 4 ranks in Concentration. Is that 4 with or without the constitution bonus?

Does anyone know (or have a suggestion) how high the skills diplomacy, bluff and intimidate should be to make successfull rolls throughout the game then? The ranger has quite low base skill points per level (2 per level with an int of 10), but maybe I should increase int to get more verbal skills ...
