I found crafting totally worth it in the campaign. By level 15-16 you can have some sick equipement crafted by yourself (i just took crafting wonderous item & craft magical armour & arms feat with quara). You can have stuff like: weapon +5 with, +1d6 acid & vampiric 5. Money wasnt a problem for me ...

You can find bevil standing infront of the tower. (if you enter the courtyard from the farm side on your right. I'm not sure at what point you can get him because for me all of a sudden he was there.

Aint there a spot on your map called reavers camp? I forgot who gave you the location, it might be daeghon in the courtyard or someone in the keep. Go there, fight the reaver and voila you got the book

Hi, I did this first stage without much problems but thats mainly because i was a fighter type with high AC. What i did when the Demon got summoned was pull all my other characters out, along the sides / shields / entrance door, and have my main character tank the demon, what tends to kill the party ...
