recruiting bevil as sergeant (spoiler ? )

hello,

first thanks for this forum.

Just a few question concerning bevil.
I just went out of the village in ruins, see the 5th statue broken. Then i go back to the keep, speak to aldaron, kana ...

Acess to amon is open.

my keep is about 32% ... and i dont see beil.

I try to advance keep process to 62% (then blocked as i dont do anythng else). I see many events (merchants, new soldiers, farmrs ...) but bevil is not here and torio told me that she don't see any new people to recruit.

Do i have to go to amon sanctuary before ?
Did i miss smthing in my village ?
How can i get bevil ??

You can find bevil standing infront of the tower. (if you enter the courtyard from the farm side on your right. I'm not sure at what point you can get him because for me all of a sudden he was there.

bevil will not appear in act two
you'll be able to recruit him only in act 3
so.. go on
