Ok, I know now what I did. When I put the game saved file onto my desktop, I renamed the file. (I played this game several times already)
When I placed the file back into the game, the right file name is: "saves". That was the problem. I had "save".

Thank you; everyone. I just want to soul trap so bad, and can't wait to try it for myself.

You, see I;m only a Evoker. I can't get the highter members of the Mages to talk to me until I'm at least a conjurer. For now, I can't buy a spell to soul trap. Thats why was looking for way of gaining skills or training to leveling up.

Thank you for that information. I will go back. I don't want to mess things up. And yes, I use the spell on him, but it only last for a few minutes and I have to start over again him; which is hard.

I did it. My stuff was taken to Buckmorth. I got all my soul gems back, except two. Could it be that the other two were taken to a different Fort?

I just got home from work. I want my stuff back. So, I'm going back Gnaar Mok and do as you said; and use the Divine intervention.

It took me about an hour to figure out what happen to the soul gems I was carrying. These came from the Mages, Galbedir, the beginning of the game.

When I use the Boots of Speed, the screen goes black. My menu works normally. But, the world of Morrowind is in total blackness.

Thats what it says when I load. If I'm luckly, I get into the game, but when I save, which I did not write it down, a screen comes up, saysing something about exccutable? Ofcours, I'm kicked off the game and I'm back on my desk top. I says something about yes or no. Yes, will done nothing. No, will ...

OK. I did the patch, and it did not work. So, I uninstall and re-stall, and did the patch by saving my old files. Still the game is acting up. At time I can load but then it will not let me save by crashing.

Is there anyway I can save this game, and get back to playing?
