Hmm....I killed umbra at level 12....First attack was 3x damage, but the rest I just jumped around and shot her lots of times. Not too hard, really. Maybe you should try drawing your bow back all the way.

Nope, necromancy is impossible in oblivion without a modification. The only "sort" of necromancy is really trapping a humanoid soul with a black soul gem, and that's not that beneficial.

Thanks for the interest. I cannot search. I try the "Search this forum button" on the top right of the threads listing, but it takes me to the "Advanced Search" screen. I complete that screen, and it takes me right back to the 'advanced search' screen, empty of my information. It is a vicious cyle ...
