Hrm. Sometimes NPC's do stop responding to attempts to talk to them, but I've never noted it becoming permanent before. Usually just saving/reloading or travelling to a new area solves the problem.

Were you using my mods? I suspect so, because as far as I know it's extremely difficult to get so ...

histories can be interesting. if you check all of them, there are one or two with some advantages over the vanilla category. if you have particular styles of play and rarely use XYZ, then you can choose a history that gives a bonus to A or B and a penalty to something you don't use anyway.

Thanks - I'd just realised this myself, when I tried starting a new game just to check the histories. Doh! Well done for spotting that anyway.

Odd problem; I'm not sure is it a tech problem, but... I'm playing a Malkavian. Up 'til now, I've purely increased melee/unarmed.
