Actually there is a way to find out about the # of charges in magic items within the game.

When at a shop just look at the price the shopkeeper would pay for the staff/wand. The price is totally based upon the # of charges. In my experience Magic Missile Wands would get me 10 gold per charge, so if ...

Had the same, but Cloakwood/Bandit's Camp appear when you try to exit on the map edge of an adjacent map at the point where it would lead to CW/BC. Not sure if it does this without the scrolltriggers...

I'm playing a fighter in BG1, will have him with 161k at level 8. Am planning on taking him to level 9 then dualing to Mage. Not sure if I'll give him a kit though (Not Kensai, I've heard they're great, but I do not like them for RP reasons).

Had the same problem and tried clua console, doesn't help at all. The meanies just stand there and don't initiate any dialog. You can kill them, but that doesn't help you get the romance further.

In my case it was the result of Jaheira being petrified, that somehow messes up the romance.
