I am doing this quest for the mages guild(look at title). All the vampire hunters are dead,and I killed 9 vamps. Someone told me there was 10, but I dont know where the 10th one is. Can someone plz help me with finding the 10th vampire.

I have to kill Adamus for the darkbrother hood,and I wait until he takes his uniform off,but when I use the bow to hit him he just puts his armor back on and attacks me! what do I do!!??

I went into the Witch's house and then all of a sudden she started to attack me.I left and then when I came back a few days later she attacked me again! How am I suppose 2 give the soul gems to her for the cure if she keeps attacking me???!!?
