You would likely be better off using DLTCEP. It's much easier to use and you don't have to worry about possibly screwing up your game.

Mages can get an additional memorized spell slot if they were specialist mages (i.e. conjurer, invoker, etc.). Regular mages will only get the one.

Dorn's Deep is just loads of fun. It's the most nonlinear portion of the game. I once took a party through Upper Dorn's and ended up fighting the lich about 10 times without resting before I finally found the phylactery. Boy, was that a battle of endurance.

Did you get the bard to sing you a song? If you do that then you should get the option to make the ice rose.

I don't think he can (like Kresselack). The one time I tried to kill him he mopped the floor with me.

If you have cheats enabled, try Ctrl+Y while your cursor is on him. If he dies then he can be killed, if not, then he can't.

Don't forget Blood Iron, a shortsword which heals 3 hp with every hit (cannot be good to wield this). It's available fairly early in HoW on Burial Isle.

The levers in the towers open trapdoors in different towers. So if, for example, you pull lever A in tower A, the trapdoor in tower B will open.

I think the problem is your graphics card. A lot of people have posted similar problems with the Baldur's Gate games on the Bioware forums. For some reason IE games and NVIDIA 8000 series graphics cards don't get along.

As one of the playtesters, I can say this is one of the best mods out there (and not just for IWD). It adds a great deal to the storyline, pulling you in more than before. I highly recommend it.

No, any cleric (single/multi/dual) cannot use two handed swords. Blunt weapons only (flails, maces, staves, slings, hammers).

Conjure Fire Elemental is a druid spell. Clerics or any multiclass combination thereof, get this spell. If you're patient enough, this spell will become available for your mage once you reach Dorn's Deep.

One comment on the uses of the Slayer change. There is only one point in the game where you might have to use it but it isn't necessary.

Or you can just chunk them with a cleric of 13th level or higher (gotta love turn undead!).

Did you get his badge? If so then everything is fine. You have the option of killing him or letting him live. If you let him live then you have the option of taking his equipment. As long as you get his badge, you can progress.

You're bard won't have the same volume of spells that a mage would have but he should still manage magic fairly well. He won't be the greatest spellcaster but your druid should more than make up for that.
