I've looked through all the "Equipment" lists and I have no clue as to what the Potion of Festule the Alchemist does. You can find it in the temple of Helm in Adrhilanka's Temple Area (if memory serves) in the piano looking thing on the NE wall of the SE room if you scroll past all the books ...
