hi...i'm looking for a character creator/editor tool that would enable me to create my own npcs for bg. the npc selection in bg is a bit too limited for my tastes, and i'd like to try running around bg with a party of my own npcs...(ideally, these npcs would have all the play options of the original ...

hello...i just finished bg and bg:totsc ...i'd like to keep playing but want to hold off on playing BGII until later this year...i'm looking for mods or kits to add to baldurs gate to extend the play or replay value a bit in the meantime...anyone know where i can find any?

your info's just the type i was looking for from the sounds of it, i probably wouldn't care too much for por:romd...i prefer a strong storyline (the more nonlinear elements the better) and a lot of npc interaction...

ah, the chapel and our friend Helm...

i was so concerned with the levers (i was dreading some kind of "trial and error, find which sequence to push the levers" kind of nonsense) that i overlooked the chapel, and the cleric's journal.
i probably would've been putzing around ...

other recent forgotten realms games like baldur's gate and Icewind Dale? (in other words, is it any good?) i've looked at the box and haven't been too impressed by the screenshots ...gameplay and the story are much more import than graphics to me, but there's not too much i can tell about those from ...

i had a similar problem. all my saved games were either in lonelywood near the beginning or in and around the island where you confront icasaracht. unfortunately, once your on the island, the barbarians won't take you back to lonelywood until icasaracht is killed...but once you kill icasaracht ...
