Thanks, but why do i not find such detailed info about the tougher creatures in BG2 on websites ? The game is out since quite a while, yet no website has detailed inf about creatures.

Can someone explain me why Breach doesnt work on the citygate lich ? I got a message saying:" ineffective".
I did it as first spell and the lich had only improved mantle, mirror image, protection from fire, fireshield and globe of invulnerability.

Hehe, ive found another way which kills him even quicker. My described way with improved invisibility took about 7-8 turns.

fastest method(2-3 turns):
- Take a priest and cast sanctuary on him and let him enter the room
- Priest moves to lich and casts false dawn
- Lich gets confused
- enter with ...

I didnt mean you cheat. :D Its also an ok way to do it, just slow. Cheating for me would be for example to kill firekraag with a wand of cloudkill from afar.

Well my way with improved invisibility is also kind of cheating if its really a bug.

Well thats ok, cause it happens with his meteor swarm that it hits the pit fiend and thats why the pit fiend attacks him. Sure you can leave, retreat and wait for his prots to go down, but thats a slow way to kill him.

Its my first time i play BG2 SoA and i would like to know what would be good to pick for for Mazzy's weapon proficiencies.

Should i go for 2 two weapon style and pick a second weapon type or should i go for weapon and shild and a new weapon type ?
