Mazzy's weapon proficiencies

Its my first time i play BG2 SoA and i would like to know what would be good to pick for for Mazzy's weapon proficiencies.

Should i go for 2 two weapon style and pick a second weapon type or should i go for weapon and shild and a new weapon type ?

Please help, so i dont make it wrong. Other fighter types in party are Minsc and Jaheira.

Go with whatever you like - there really is no "wrong" choice to make here. There plenty of good weapons of every type in the game.

I once specialized her in war hammers with very good results. Sword and shields is not so important because fighters are seldom endangered by missile fire. Two weapon style is interesting but I'd go for a second weapon proficiency first.

as she is a fighter i would go for short sword becuse she allready has slots in that. And make her grand master. And there are plenty pf good short sword out there. Plus it looks better if she is using a smal sword it looks funny if she is running aruond with a big sword. Leave that to the big guys.
