do you ahave an earlier savegame? i read a lot of similiar messages on this forum, i didn`t had the problem... yet. I spoke to dandelion in the inn in the evening, when we should actually meat, so he ran off to the fields, and i followed him till there... etc... quest completed.

is alvin actually jaques de adelsberg? they have the same visions, same amulet, and alvin knows about the witcher secrets from you. triss sayd that he could teleport anywhere in time, means that he teleported back in time, then comes to be known as jaques as he gorws up

it worked, i have it, but its kinda useless after chapter 4

and... its true, i finished the chapter and the quest disapeared from quest log.... didnt do the quest in that chapter

if i wont get the formula, can u write it here and i`ll try to make it and drink it, maybe i`ll learn this way (didnt try yet )

- talked to that waitress until all lines where greyed out, didnt get it
- killed the cannibal gramps and looted, no formula
- skipped this one ^^
(i play first, then i read the walkthrough see if i missed something)

this happens to all players or only to us ?

1. where do i get to formula for wives' tears potion ? I`m in act V now and still dont have it, did i miss something?
2. is there another merchant who buys salamader brooches except for declan who buys 3 pieces in act II ?

he apeared after i got the silver sword from the lady of the lake, then i killed him (and path of destiny completed)

the basilisks dont respawn, i explored chapter IV for more than 2 times (try to get lvl 50 ) to kill everything (even if i get 1xp), and didnt saw any other basilisk than that ones. Other mobs do respawn like alps, devoures, wywern, noonwraith etc...

didnt get it ^^, i`m in chapter 5 now so... maybe i`ll get it? btw, i made the perfume (as unknown potion) and gave it to that townswoman. Looks like she payed me 100 orens for it. The townswoman is in murky waters.

how do i make one with alchemy, or where do i get one? a townswoman in murky asked for one ^^. It would be better if the item database contains info like: for potions: where to get the recipe like wich quest or merchant; for other: who drops them, what merchant sells, what quest reward, etc... but ...
