I just got this game and am already having problems. First of all the movies are black, I can hear but can't see, unless it's the captions at the bottom. I can just skip if I hit the enter button but I don't know what I miss. Then I tried going through the tutorial and at the time that I'm suppose ...

Yes I'm an idiot shut up. I can't seem to get the party editor at the very begin to work. I can only select my characters from the other two campaigns but I can't seem to get the thing to accept it. When I exit out of it it's just my single character again. What am I doing wrong?

There's a locked door in the tutorial near the end. It's right before you get in the elevator I believe. Has anyone ever found a way to open this door? What is behind it?! It's been driving me crazy for years.
