How much XP to give for finishing a adventure?
I'm DMing a campighn and a group of 1st lv adventures just completed there first adventure, I want to give them some XP just for completing the adventure but don't know how much to give them?

Shapeshift rules?
I'm DMing a 3rd edition campighn with my friends, one of them wants to be able to shapeshift and I was wondering if anyone knows what the rules for shapeshiftin are or were I can find them?
