I can't do the Stone of St. Allesia quest, because my rank is not high enough. However, I've completed The Noble's Daughter and Mystery at Harluns Watch quests. Oreyn can't boost my rank, neither can gro-Khash, and Azzan still won't give me the quest. Is this a game glitch, or did I do something ...
