MAD! Pls HELP...

I have finished the DS2 & BW on merc. then i started DS2 on veteran...
The point! On "Prisioner of war" quest i followed Driad to the gate, killed the morden, got the key to the gate, opened the cell...suddenly the game crashed!
...Then again i came to the same place,cell is open and Driads are ...
