...does this mean the Nalia romance is now off and the new de'Arnise quests are lost to me?
I would guess so, but it is impossible to tell without more details. When two ladies start fighting over you, there usually comes a dialogue where one or the other gives an ultimatum. If you remember that ...

"Worth it" is kind of a subjective term. Everyone has a different opinion of what that means. That said, I don't find that sorceror builds play well with most other classes.

I used to think that every character should have a level or 3 of rogue, just because I hate dealing with locks and traps. But ...

You hate it all you want, but it's here, the nature. And it will be around after you will be long gone. And it's only better for the nature if you hide in your place. Makes it easy for everybody to enjoy what's real and beautiful, though I clearly overestimate your significance to the natural order ...

Have you tried talking to Gaelan Bayle anyway? Just because the thieves are hostile, doesn't necessarily mean the main guys won't talk to you. You only really need Gaelan and Aran Linvail on your side to complete the level.

The wrong anser in the asylum leads to a triangular room that is similar to the area N of Lavok's control room in the planar sphere. I have never seen the area pictured in the original post. I think the earlier suggestion that it was abandoned by Bioware is probably correct.

I actually liked your original choice of proficiencies better.

Kensai/Mage: Shortsword, Katana (I'd hate not to utilize the celestial fury)
Kensai/Thief: Scimitar (I assume there's at least two viable scimitars out there, yes?), Quarterstaff (for the backstabs)
Why exactly are you considering ...

Personally, I would ditch Anomen and pick up Imoen. Keldorn can handle your party's healing needs and Imoen is much less annoying than Anomen.

However, from the two options you suggest, I would probably go with SKing Anomen to Swash/Cleric. The role-playing explanation you provide works and you've ...

I am wondering if I am being greedy by trying another brand new experience. i.e. re-entering Ust Natha and fighting my way through. Is it worth doing, or should I go back through the Koa-Tua tunnels? Any ideas?

Everyone should wipe out the Drow city at least once, just to say they've done it.

Demons are chaotic evil, Devils are lawful evil. Fiends are a sub-category of one or the other (demons, I think, but can't remember).

No. Shield size only really affects protection against missile weapons. A small shield does not increase your AC against missile weapons, a medium shield gives equal protection for missile and melee, and a large shield gives +1 against missiles in addition to whatever other AC bonus it give ...

He starts with specialization in maces so I sometimes like to let him dual-wield Mace of Disruption and some other high-powered mace. Sometimes I will add axe specialization and give him Azuredge as well. I can't remember if he can dual wield that with the MoD (since it has a throwing axe form) or ...

But what I don't like is the limited charges on the wands and rods you find. In BGI I could toast or freeze enemies many mant times before they went dry. Now, it takes only using it once for it to be used up.

Regarding the stats: are you perhaps ...

It seems I did try that and couldn't get it to work. Possibly another side-effect of my system's slow response.

I don't remember where I read the tip, maybe on the screen that pops up between areas. I agree that a universal list would be helpful.

My question is, any of you ...

My guess would be #1.

Mind Fog was in the enchantment school in NWN1, so it doesn't seem like a typo (#2). It is possible it was an error that was just perpetuated from the earlier game, but enchantment seems like the correct school.

#3 seems unlikely. Most illusions are not mind-affecting, so I ...

My impression of NWN2 is overwhelmingly colored by the fact that I played all the way through with a sub-spec video card. If buying the game had been my decision, I would have passed until I could afford to upgrade, but, since it was a gift, I felt compelled to muddle through even though it was ...
