i have no clue what do how to open the door i been running around try find a hint to open door i cannot

iam stack at 2 quest iam allready lvl 11 one of quest i need poison tashmen i did put posion but still it not working with me i break and 2 quest is meet aydan on the main square

it will be nice to have some hint about 2 quest

i would like to ask how can i finish the quest that called the broken fountain cuz also the dargon eye's i have no clue what to do or where to go
